Where would we be without Tatum? They like to say they picked up a crayon and never put it down! Now a classically-trained artist and graphic designer, Tatum started New Heights AD (now New Heights Art & Design) back in 2021 and has worked as a freelance designer and illustrator for many years prior. They are currently working on a children’s book and plan to publish within the next year!
They currently live in Eau Claire (about an hour outside of Minneapolis) with their cat Pippin, are a certified meditation instructor, and loves bright colors and sour candy!
Theo Grant

Oh, Theo! Theo is Tatum’s executive assistant (and lifesaver, honestly!) He’s efficient, organized, and always a few steps ahead of the game - and usually rolling his eyes at Tatum’s awesome jokes.
Theo is currently attending grad school for his Master’s in Cognitive Sciences and is currently surviving on black coffee and hot pot.
